Shipping policy

Free shipping anywhere in Canada

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum, anywhere in Canada. We also ship to most other countries: the shipping cost and estimated delivery time for your country are shown at checkout.

Delivery time

In Canada, allow 10 to 14 days between your order and the arrival of your package.

Tracking

You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. If you order several necklaces, they may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.

Shipping address

Please check your address at checkout. If a package comes back to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange a new shipment.

Late or lost package

If your package hasn't arrived 21 days after your order, email us at bonjour@racinebijoux.com. We'll look into it with the carrier and, if it's lost, send you a new one or refund you, your choice.

Nothing to pay on delivery in Canada

RACINE is a Canadian company. Your necklace is prepared and shipped by our logistics partner, with duties and customs fees already paid: in Canada, you have nothing to pay when it arrives.
