Can I put several stones on one necklace?
No, each necklace holds one stone. For several people, choose several necklaces. Two are 10% off, three are 15% off.
Can I send it straight to the person?
Yes. At checkout, enter their name and address as the shipping address. The tracking number comes to your email.
How long does shipping take?
10 to 14 days anywhere in Canada, free, with a tracking number by email. Nothing to pay at your door.
What if they don't like it?
You have 30 days after delivery to ask for a refund, no reason needed. Write to bonjour@racinebijoux.com.
What if it arrives damaged or it's the wrong one?
Email us a photo within 30 days. We replace it or refund you, your choice, at no cost.
Is the gold real gold?
No. It's a gold colour finish on stainless steel, which keeps the price low. To keep it bright longer, take the necklace off to swim or shower.
Will it turn my skin green?
No. Stainless steel won't turn your skin green, and it resists tarnish.
How long is the chain?
38 cm (15 in), with a 5 cm (2 in) extender: up to 43 cm (17 in). The pendant sits at the base of the neck.
